AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

what i meant was

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

In case anyone cares..."Rapid Application Development" does not have to mean "NO ARCHITECTURE " or "ARCHITECTURE BY THE SEAT OF YOUR PANTS"

Its RAD and by that i mean stupid. and by that i mean bad. and by that i mean narrow minded.....

i'm all for making life easier to code - but not when it causes the app to slow down to the point of headache for the user.

my head asplode.

i mean really. cant we just sit down and design the objects first? please? isnt that better than writing the same (or in this case copy/pasting/right clicking) code over and over and over again?

no. no we cannot. why?
"Because we're using a code generator so its quick and easy to redo"

but...but...but...

/*sigh*/

it'd be one thing if the GD code generator didnt require effort after it generated the code...but if i have to copy/paste the same damn statement one more damn time i may have to leave.

I just don't even understand. And I think I like it better that way.

yea - it was a mystery - basically i spend all day copy/pasting 2 lines of code - end using and end namespace - because the method of development at my current project is "Rapid Application Development" which means tools are used to write code for you rather than having to write code - but that only really works if the architecture is well thought out and the code generator doesn't require any post processing...which are both not true in this project...oh well - it was juts a bad day.
